Strategically located on the Guadalquivir river, Seville served as the main port of entry for the wealth from the New World and became the Venice of the 17th Century. The Cathedral, the third largest Gothic structure in Europe, and the Moorish Alcazar Palace are just two of Seville's many amazing sites. The picturesque Barrio Santa Cruz, offers a great variety of terraces for dining under the fragrant orange trees.  You can also, check out Triana neighborhood offers one of the best tapas scenes in the region. Our tour will expose you to all of this and introduce you to the history and the story of Seville along with some of the older traditions even dating before Columbus.

This tour does not go into any sights, although you will be viewing them from the outside. Later you can explore them on your own or by request, our guide´s can accompany you in. Please inquire. This tour is designed to introduce you to some of the more colorful ¨barrios¨ or neighborhoods, that alone hold tremendous history. There are lots of stories to tell and your guide´s expert navigation will eliminate all of your doubts of getting around on your own later. They will introduce you to some great little bars and restaurants that you will surely want to go back to along with sweet little churches and not to miss monuments and museums along the way.
