| Excursion to Segovia
8 hours 160€ pp (for 4 people) Includes lunch, La Granja |
Let us take you on a scenic journey over the mountains to the enchanting city of Segovia, which boasts an incredible Roman aqueduct and world class Romanesque architecture. On this Excursion to Segovia, we'll visit the Alcazar and Gothic cathedral and have an unforgettable traditional lunch of roasted suckling pig. A stop at the gardens of La Granja will round off the tour.
Segovia flourished in the 10th and 11th Centuries, as evidenced by its now-famous Romanesque architecture. It was here that Queen Isabel the Catholic was crowned, and the city has a noble feel to it despite its informal and laid-back locals, who will immediately make you feel welcome. But Segovia's history goes all the way back to Roman times, and the Aqueduct will leave you speechless. From the charming and unique buildings to the fairytale Alcazar castle and the delicious local food, Segovia will captivate you. | | | |
