I thought Jennifer did a wonderful job and went above and beyond of what I expected. She paid a lot of attention to the small details that make traveling easier. For example she arranged to have somebody do laundry for us in Sevilla. I know that it can be a challenge to arrange this and making sure the laundry is back before the group moves on to the next town. Carlos Galvin, a Rick Steves guide also, but who we hired as our private guide for Madrid after touring Barcelona. Due to a short time in Madrid, Carlos was able to pack in the sights for us in 3 wonderfully planned out days in Segovia,Toledo, and Madrid! Without his expertise, we would not have been able to fully appreciate the "back door" experience! From shortcuts on the walking path to impromptu visits with his local connections, we were really able to connect with the culture, and especialy the cuisine! What really stands out the most is his enthusiasm for his job! Everything he guided us to, and told us about was as if it were also his first time visiting and exploring the sights!
